The Sounds of Pittsburgh Chorus is proud to support the Young Women in Harmony program of Sweet Adelines International.

Every August, young women (and young men) from many areas spend time at Harmony Camp on the campus of Ohio State University learning about the wonderful world of barbershop singing.  At the conclusion of Harmony Camp, everyone who has attended walks away with skills, confidence and life-long
friendships.

Every January, Lake Erie Region 17 holds their annual Rising Star Competition and the winner is eligible to enter the Rising Star Competition sponsored by Sweet Adelines International.

Sounds of Pittsburgh sponsored CURTAIN CALL Quartet (from Peters Township School District) to Harmony Camp 2007 and to the 2008 Regional Rising Star Competition.  We are proud to announce that CURTAIN CALL WON the regional competition and they are now eligible to compete at the International Education Symposium in San Antonio this August!

CURTAIN CALL's love of our craft is amazing and their excitement is contagious!  Here they are:

Left to Right: Gina Magreni (Baritone), Caitlyn Roberson (Bass),
Lauren Latinovich (Lead), Laura Zini (Tenor).
